Jack is the main creator and driving force behind Airhire. He has worked in leadership roles in the civil construction industry for many years where he has gained the knowledge and experience needed to provide a product that he knows the industry needs. The idea for Airhire started when Jack realised it was becoming difficult to find hire equipment for the worksite once the larger well known hire companies were booked out. Not only that, but he also noticed that the little guys weren't getting noticed. So he came up with an idea to get the little guys noticed, make hire equipment more easily accessible and level the playing field! 

Rachael is Jacks partner and plays a big part in helping keep the Airhire dream alive behind the scenes! She has a few years of experience under her belt working in the admin and marketing industry and also manages bed and breakfast properties as a second business 

Louise and her amazingly talented team at Hearts & Minds are the people that turned our ideas and dream into reality! Her team have worked on some very large projects for clients such as Commonwealth Bank and the Australian government (Airhire being their favourite I'm sure). They have worked around the clock to make sure we provide the best experience possible for users and will continue to provide updates for us in the future!
